Blood & Treasure Hunt Begins, Kids Are Alright Ends, The Voice Names Winner, NCIS and Other Finales

On TV this Tuesday: CBS is out for Blood & Treasure, The Kids Are Alright comes to a premature end, and NCIS, The Village and five other shows wrap their seasons. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar; all times are Eastern.
