      • I came across Orphan Black yesterday on On Demand, and ended up marathoning the first 3 episdodes. Really good!
Tonight it’ll be OUAT and Mad Men for me. Obviously I’d watch GoT if I could, but I don’t get HBO. :(

  • I am a huge Zachary Levi fan so it pains me to say this…but doesn’t Remember Sunday basically 50 First Dates but with the guy having the memory problem?!

Comment by CA – April 21, 2013 04:10 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I agree. That’s the first thing I thought of ’50 First Dates’. So this is a TV movie remake of a not too old movie?

Comment by Mrs. Peele – April 21, 2013 04:43 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • Yep. kind of combines 50 First Dates with the book Nursing Homes Are Murder. But I like the stars, so I’ll watch OUAT, the first hour of Remember and if it’s no good, go to the Mentalist.

    • Yeah… I think every movie with a love story and short term memory loss is just going to seem like a 50 First Dates rip off.

    • Except less Adam Sandler humor and more heart and tears. It’s quite good actually. The leads (Chuck and Rory!) make it work.

  • Revenge and Once upon a time were bad seasons this year not just storylines but the fact that they kept coming for 2/3 weeks and then disappearing for a month before new episodes, I am waiting for creators of revenge to discuss next season by saying the classic “revenge will return to feel like season 1 again” because this season deserves a name change.

Comment by david – April 21, 2013 06:53 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I was hoping that ABC would have aired a recap episode of Revenge, so the fans who missed the last episodes had the chance to catch up. It’s a pity it won’t happen. Now, in terms of the story, the show changed a lot, especially during the first part of the season. It didn’t feel like our classic Revenge anymore. I think one of the big changes the show needs is to go back to Wednesdays (the Sunday timeslot is killing it thanks to the “brilliant” scheduling). ABC could promote the change as: “Emily Thorne saw how some changes and wrong decisions distracted her from her mission, now it’s time to go back to what really brought her to the Hamptons” or somehing like that.

  • Rather sad that the premiere of The Bletchley Circle on PBS doesn’t even rate a mention. I’ve seen the first episode and it’s wonderful.

    • Thanks for the heads up. Going through the crawl, I saw the Jeremy Piven Selfridge’s on Masterpiece listed and assumed it was 2 hours. I’ll give Bletchley a try.

    • Amen to that! I live not too far outside Boston and I feel the same way! Yay for Once FINALLY being back!!! I think I’ll give Remember a try – it’s waaaay different than what has been on my TV lately (though, the cooperation of the law enforcement made me sooo proud to live in Massachusetts!!) and it has been too long since Zachary Levi has graced my television screen. :)
