CBS’ The Big Bang Theory this Thursday night drew 16.7 million total viewers and a 4.9 demo rating, rising 13 and 29 percent week-to-week to deliver its most watched season finale ever.
Versus its previous closer (15.5 mil/4.8), Big Bang was up a tenth in the demo.

The Millers‘ finale went on to deliver 9.9 million viewers and a 2.3 rating, up 10 and 22 percent. Leading out of Men repeat, Bad Teacher (5.5 mil/1.4) ticked up a tenth, while Elementary‘s season ender (7.3 mil/1.4) slipped a tenth (and is off 19 and 30 percent from its freshman finale).

ABC | Grey’s Anatomy‘s season-ending send-off for Sandra Oh drew 8.9 mil and a 2.6, adding a few eyeballs plus a tenth in the demo; versus its previous finale, it was down 4 and 16 percent. (Season to date, ABC notes that Grey’s is up 10 and 5 percent, drawing its best numbers in four and three years, respectively.) Black Box (4.2 mil/1.1) dipped a tenth.

FOX | Hell’s Kitchen (4.8 mil/1.7) rose two tenths, while American Idol (8.6 mil/2.0) grew 19 and 25 percent week-to-week.

NBC | The conclusion of Rosemary’s Baby did 3.3 mil and a 1.0, down 11 percent and a tenth from Sunday’s Part 1.
