On TV this weekend: Beyoncé shows us what makes her irreplaceable, a Revenge plot claims its casualties, Downton Abbey gives the help the next several months off and Californication reunites Hurley and Shannon. Tisha Campbell-Martin, Nicole Ari Parker and Michael B. Jordan co-star.
9 pm Beyoncé: Life Is But a Dream (HBO) | The Grammy winner serves up this self-produced, Truth or Dare-style documentary offering a peek into her personal life – including her return to the spotlight after daughter Blue Ivy’s birth in 2012.
11 pm-6 am Curb Your Enthusiasm marathon (TV Land) | Seven hours of Larry David’s neurotic comedy? Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

9 pm Revenge (ABC) | The Graysons hold their annual Labor Day bash, while Jack and Amanda run into serious trouble on the high seas.
9 pm The Walking Dead (AMC) | As the group debates its next course of action, Rick wanders after a lost friend. (Given his state of mind lately, why do I suspect that this “friend” might not really be there? Oh Rick, please don’t get munched on while you’re stumbling around with the walkers…)
9 pm Family Guy (Fox) | Obsessed with Anne Murray (who guest-voices herself), Brian and Stewie visit the Canadian singer to find out the true meaning of her hit “Snowbird.”
9:30 pm Enlightened (HBO) | Amy’s dreams of a perfect life with Jeff end when Levi unexpectedly returns from rehab in Hawaii.
