I have been waiting forever for the final season of Happy Valley. I watched this show years ago and because of that became completely hooked on British Crime Dramas. Nothing like them. I’m so excited!!!!
They are great. I love UK Crime dramas with detectives. I like to see how they go about gathering info and will watch anything with a DS/DCI in them. I wish there were more like Line of Duty that investigated dirty cops. Watched Happy Valley already. I’ve seen nearly everything there is.
Look for The Gulf, it’s from NZ but it’s in the same vein as the UK crime dramas. I watched it thinking it was set in the UK. It’s only 2 seasons but you’ll probably like it.

I am waiting – impatiently – for A Small Light. What a show. Well-acted and perfectly cast. Your heart goes up-and-down, mostly up, with every moment of footage. You cry and sometimes you will sad-smile too. Must watch (streaming free on nat geo).

A Small Light has been one of the most moving series I’ve watched in such a very long time, perhaps ever. The Frank Family, their lives during the war and sadly also deaths are so well documented..it was nice to learn more about those who risked absolutely everything to shelter them. So many things I had no clue about, but have been researching thanks to this series. I’m not much of an emotional TV watcher, but this has left me ugly crying at times. The cast is phenomenal. Such a touching tribute to those who really embodied the meaning of friendship.
JH, I was sure many more people would be watching ! It is indeed a really awesome heavy horrible and astonishing part of history.

Still binging ‘The Leftovers’. It is a very strange show & I’m not sure I even like it-LOL. I am still waiting for the light to come on for me.
Going to watch a top 5 Marvel Movie: Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. It is SO GOOD!!!!! If you haven’t seen it, WATCH IT!! Even if you don’t like Marvel Movies.

I just past episode 7 of season one. It is becoming clearer and more intriguing, but i am still trying to Figure out the reason why GR exist. I am assuming it’s their loss of hope. Additionally, this show has A MILLION METPHORES AND I’m: “TRYING TO CATCH THEM ALL”.
