Berlin Station Graves Renewed Season 2 Epix

Berlin Station and Graves Both Renewed for Season 2 by Epix

Epix’s first two scripted series are both getting a Season 2.

Berlin Station and Graves have both been renewed for a second season, Epix announced on Thursday. Spy thriller Berlin Station stars Hannibal alum Richard Armitage as a CIA operative stationed in Berlin who’s trying to find the source of a damaging leak; Graves is a half-hour political dramedy starring Nick Nolte as a former U.S. President attempting to salvage his legacy decades after leaving the White House.

Both series premiered last month on Epix, a pay-cable network that launched in 2009 and is now in more than 50 million homes. Production on Season 2 for both is set to begin in spring 2017. Also in the works at Epix: a TV remake of the 1995 film Get Shorty, with Ray Romano and Bridesmaids‘ Chris O’Dowd set to star.

“We’re incredibly proud of the work our creators, executive producers, cast and crew did on the first seasons of Berlin Station and Graves,” Epix president and CEO Mark S. Greenberg said in a statement. “These ambitious series represent the level of prestigious, cinematic and authentic storytelling we are committed to offering our subscribers.”

I can’t wait for the second season of Graves. It’s not often I get hooked on a series but I was constantly surprised with this one. Also had a few much needed laughs.

Berlin station is simply well written and acted by ENTIRE cast

  7. eric says:

Really enjoying Graves, Nick Nolte and the whole cast are great although Ernie Hudson is under-used, as usual. My favorite ep was no 5 with the dying British Prime Minister. A great end to the season, let’s have more next season.

  8. john reed says:

I can’t wait for season 2 of graves love every episode every minute

  9. J R Matthews says:

We just discovered Graves and found it very interesting. With the captivating season ending, we can’t wait for the season 2 beginning. We are late 60’s & early 70’s and find the liberal use of the “F” word and “GD” uncomfortable to hear, especially when this market is one who would understand the historical references made. Really do enjoy the show.
