What to Watch: Bachelorette Decision Time, Teen Choice Awards, an Army Wives Birth and More

On TV this Sunday: Another epic 11-week love story comes to a close as a Bachelorette picks her prince, the kids have their say at the Teen Choice awards, Disney’s Jessie visits The Glades and a new Army brat comes into the world. As a supplement to TVLine’s original features (linked within), here are nine programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm The Bachelorette (ABC) | Emily travels to Curacao and chooses her soulmate in the dating competition’s Season 8 finale; a live After the Rose special follows at 10 pm. I give it until Thanksgiving. Congrats, you two!

8 pm Teen Choice 2012 (FOX) | Glee’s Kevin McHale and pop singer/new X Factor judge Demi Lovato co-host the annual awards show, with scheduled performances by Justin Bieber, Flo Rida, No Doubt and Carly Rae Jepsen.

8 pm Leverage (TNT) | While trying to stop a hockey player from getting badly hurt during the playoffs, the gang finds out that someone is trying to take down the player’s team. Everwood‘s Treat Williams guest-stars. (And if you’re looking for Leverage scoop, search no more.)

9 pm The Glades (A&E) | Jim and Jennifer investigate a luxury medical spa after its owner is killed. Debby Ryan aka Disney Channel’s Jessie (pictured at right) guest-stars as the spa’s receptionist, who’s hiding something big. (Mr. Kipling?)

9 pm Food Network Star (Food Network) | Tune in to the cooking contest’s season finale to see whether seafood lover Michele, Brooklyn hipster Justin, former cop Martie or French Consulate chef Yvan walks away with the grand prize: his or her own show.

9 pm True Blood (HBO) | Bill and Eric sip of sacred blood and Sam sniffs out several shifter shooters. (Try saying that five times fast.)

9 pm Falling Skies (TNT) | Ben suffers a huge betrayal that puts him in danger, and members of the 2nd Mass find themselves trapped and facing a new enemy.

10 pm Army Wives (Lifetime) | It’s a busy night for Roxy: Her mom comes to visit, she argues with Trevor about his career in the Army… and she goes into labor!

10 pm Political Animals (USA Network) | Elaine dispatches Bud to diffuse the Iranian hostage situation, which messes with Douglas and Anne’s engagement party; TJ, with his secret exposed, resorts to old habits and, in a bid to fund his nightclub, stoops to a new low.

    Everyone except the teenagers know that no one performs live on this dumb teen choice awards. C’mon, they are all lipsycing. It should be called the no talent teen choice awards..
    Sorry but no one has any real talent, including that irritatating, brat bieber who I hope doesn’t win anything. He’s not a real musician.

      Flo Rida and the woman who sang with him didn’t lipsync, I could tell because they were off-beat and his voice was awful.
