What to Watch: The TVLine-Up for Monday

8 pm Gossip Girl (The CW) | Chuck invites Jack (guest star Desmond Harrington) to town to thank him for saving his life, but the trip doesn’t go as planned; Blair and Dan attempt to consummate their new relationship — but hit unexpected roadblocks; Ivy finds an unlikely ally in William (Billy Baldwin) in her quest for UES acceptance.
