FBI‘s Missy Peregrym Sets Return — Find Out When and Get a Sneak Peek!
FBI‘s Maggie will be back from medical leave in the episode that will air on Tuesday, Nov. 15 (CBS, 8/7c), TVLine has learned.
Series star Missy Peregrym and husband Tom Oakley welcomed their second child, daughter Mela Joséphine Oakley, on June 6. In an Instagram post in July, she announced that she’d return to playing Special Agent Maggie Bell after her maternity leave ended in September.
Meanwhile, Peregrym’s alter ego was injured on the job during Episode 18 of Season 4, which allowed for the actress’ real-life hiatus.
The Nov. 15 episode’s official synopsis indicates that Maggie will return just in time to help her team look into two murders: one of a law student planning to attend Quantico and another of a young man with possible gang ties. But when Maggie accidentally reveals a little too much to OA, he worries that she’s come back to the job more quickly than she should have.

Me too while I liked Missy on Rookie Blue I don’t find her role on FBI interesting at all, I think the new character has better chemistry (not talking romantic) with OA.

I don’t know think Missy is much better. The replacement I think was on Law and Order as a detctective if I am not mistaken. I still think Missy is much better Irony is that I didn’t like so much the Rookie Cop show. Either that I never like Roookie cop show.

Missy is sooooo much better than her replacement We haven’t been watching since she left because the replacement just left an odd feeling. Can hardly wait to tune in and watch a great team at work! So glad she’s back. Thanks

I feel the same. I like Missy but I can’t stand Maggie, honestly, she borders on being a Mary-Sue and it’s incredibly irritating. I haven’t missed the character at all.

I believe Maggie is playing the part well, since the character lost her husband in the show – it is part of the role. She will (I believe) be showing more warmth as the show progresses – according to the story line. She almost died to from breathing in the toxins – so have to consider that too.

I love Missy and am so glad she is coming back! It has been tough to watch without her human side. I think there is a softer side that she portrays that a lot of people don’t think police and FBI have. Which just isn’t true. I worked with police all my career and watched them cry many times over things they saw.
Series are never the same when one of the team isn’t there,cant wait to have Maggie back
