This Thursday on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, sure, there's continued hullabaloo surrounding Seattle Grace's transition to Grey+Sloan Memorial. But ol' fashioned pregnancy drama and sexytimes are on tap, as well.

In this first clip from this week's hour, titled "Idle Hands," Meredith worries about the wellbeing of her unborn baby, bouncing worst-case scenarios off of Alex — with Cristina more than happy to perform any needed surgery on the tot.
