TURN Final Season Premiere Date Cancelled

TURN Gets Final Season Premiere Date: Check Out the Patriotic Key Art

TURN: Washington’s Spies has set a date for its last battle.

The fourth and final season of AMC’s Revolutionary War drama will premiere Saturday, June 17 at 9/8c with a two-hour premiere, the network announced on Tuesday. Jamie Bell (Fantastic Four) stars as Abraham Woodhull, a member of a spy ring fighting the British on behalf of the American colonists.

Along with the premiere date, AMC released key art for TURN‘s final season, with the tagline “Finish the Fight.” The key art features Bell as Woodhull standing in front of the American flag, with streaks of what looks like blood running down his face. Take a look:

Season 4, which will consist of ten episodes, kicks off with infamous traitor Benedict Arnold (The Mentalist‘s Owain Yeoman) rounding up suspected spies to make a good impression on his British commanders. Ian Kahn co-stars as General George Washington; the supporting cast includes Seth Numrich, Daniel Henshall, Heather Lund and Meegan Warner.

Terrific series, great character acting both American and English, got a crush on Anna Strong, lol, the sacrifice/risk of these little known, but true patriots is both humbling and admirable, so proud/lucky to live in, not United States, but America.
