Ratings: Shark Tank Hits Series Low

ABC’s Shark Tank this Friday drew 4.9 million total viewers and a 1.0 rating (per finals), slipping 6 and 16 percent to its third-smallest audience ever and what appears to be a series low in the demo.

Opening ABC’s night, Last Man Standing (6.6 mil/1.1) and Dr. Ken (4.5 mil/0.8) were steady.

Over on CBS, MacGyver returned to 7.4 mil and a 1.0, down a tenth in the demo from its last fresh outing. Hawaii Five-0 (9.4 mil/1.2) also ticked down, yet tied a steady Blue Bloods (10.2 mil/1.2) for the nightly demo win; Blue Bloods as typical drew Friday’s biggest audience.

The CW’s fall finales of Vampire Diaries (980K/0.4) and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (540K/0.2) were flat, as was Fox’s The Exorcist (1.666 mil/0.6).

Good. It’s time to stop worshipping the rich.

  2. Ken says:

Wow, all ratings are so low these days. At least Exorcist leveled off enough to warrant a second season hopefully? The sad thing is is that its one of the best new shows and no one is watching it.

  3. Michael shelley says:

Marc Cuban bashing Donald Trump is why we don’t watch shark tank.

  4. Kevin says:

The Exorcist should get cancelled soon even though no one ever watched the TV version of the classic movie.

  5. looks like Fuller House once again impacted the ratings for network tv.

They (the sharks) ask the same questions and give the same advise every week. I like to see the entrepreneur spirit in everyone, but it’s very predictable with very few successes.
