Girl Meets World Sneak Peek: Riley and Maya Meet (Again?) on Halloween

For its annual Halloween treat, Girl Meets World is pulling the cruelest trick of all: separating Riley and Maya.

The Oct. 14 episode (Disney Channel, 8:30/7:30c) finds Auggie — as a ghost, naturally — narrating a spooky story in which Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter’s characters never met and became best friends.

TVLine has an exclusive first look at the spine-tingling tale, which features an adorable — but no less tragic — flashback to Days of Riley and Maya Past™, as well as a disturbing look at how the girls would have grown up without each other.

Also on the horizon for Girl Meets World: a massive reunion, featuring more original Boy Meets World cast members than ever before, in the Season 3 finale. Though an airdate has yet to be announced, you can get a first look at the epic collection of humans here.

Bonus! Because that clip was probably a very stressful experience for you, lighten things up with this first look at one of Disney Channel’s “Monstober” shorts:

Comments are monitored, so don’t go off topic, don’t frakkin’ curse and don’t bore us with how much your coworker’s sister-in-law makes per hour. Talk smart about TV!

Ignore any rumors about Riley and Maya not being friends any more. This episode takes place in an alternate dimension.

Yeah, Being familiar with Seven, Disney asking what’s in the box has zero effect on me whatsoever
