Scream Queens: Jerry O'Connell Raises a Point in Season 2 — Fall TV First Look

Jerry O’Connell is looking really sharp in Scream Queens‘ second season.

Need proof? The exclusive photo above from the returning Fox series shows the Crossing Jordan alum brandishing a syringe and looking either impishly mischievous or murderously diabolical — you take your pick.

The horror-comedy’s Season 2 will be set in a hospital run by Jamie Lee Curtis’ Dean Munsch, who somehow has become the face of a new feminist movement, and it will pick up three years after the events of the Season 1 finale. All we can tell you about O’Connell’s character is that he’s somehow connected to the hospital… lest you thought he was running around a big-box store or museum or something with that stabby-pokey device.

O’Connell joins a cast that includes returning stars Curtis, Emma Roberts, Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer and Lea Michele as well as new additions John Stamos (Full House) and Taylor Lautner (the Twilight films). Saturday Night Live‘s Cheri Oteri and Cecily Strong and Hart of Dixie‘s Laura Bell Bundy also will guest-star.

  1. Don’t forget that my favorite of the mean girls also returns–Billie Lourde. Love her smoldering voice. I wonder if she has her mother’s sense of humor, which I love, despite or maybe because of the crazy. Also, while I am perched on my six inch soap box, does anybody else think that Lea Michelle is going to regret focusing her career on Ryan Murphy stuff when it is obvious that she could have a great Broadway musical one?

    • Lou Lou Beans says:

What piques my interest is the fact that O’Connell is married to Stamos’ ex wife. I wonder if they share any scenes.

    • Lori says:

I agree completely! Lea has an amazing voice, but it is fairly obvious the only tv work she can get is if Ryan Murphy hires her. I’m surprised this show was given a second season. Definitely don’t see a 3rd. She could be doing amazing things on Broadway. She should return instead of focusing on Hollywood.
