Blindspot Episode Titles

Blindspot: Anagram Episode Titles Unlock a 'Message to Fans,' EP Says

Blindspot fans, it’s time to channel your inner Agent Patterson.

As the NBC drama nears its first season finale on May 23, series creator Martin Gero is inviting viewers to get directly involved with a crucial part of the show — but you’ll have to keep an eye on the episode titles, which have been scrambled anagrams since the show’s debut.

“The first 10 episodes were just a fun thing we did,” Gero tells TVLine of the mixed-up monikers, “but from Episode 11 to Episode 23, that is actually a message to fans. As they figure it out, they can get involved in the Blindspot universe in a very first-person way.”

Using the episode titles from Feb. 29 through the May 23 season ender, fans can decode a message that, according to Gero, tells viewers who to contact in case of an emergency. And tonight’s installment (NBC, 10/9c) — the 19th of the season — will unlock a major piece of the puzzle.

“You’re definitely going to want to watch Episode 19, and you’re definitely going to want to watch through Episode 23,” Gero hints. “All of the information is in there for how you could potentially contact your handler. I really want them to figure it out on their own.”

The titles of Episodes 11 through 19 are listed below. Have you unlocked any part of the message yet?

Cease Forcing Enemy
Scientists Hollow Fortune
Erase Weary Youth
Rules in Defiance
Older Cutthroat Canyon
Any Wounded Thief
Mans Telepathic Loyal Lookouts
One Begets Technique
In the Comet of Us

What does the saying even mean not to sound stupid but what’s it got to do with the reason why Jane’s/Taylor’s ex-fiancée and her have planned and why they have it planned in the first place.
