My So Called Wife Bravo

Bravo Orders Con Woman Series Starring Inbar Lavi, Parker Young

Bravo’s newest leading lady is not to be trusted.

The network has given a 10-episode series order to My So Called Wife, a dark comedy about a con woman named Maggie (Gang Related‘s Inbar Lavi) who tricks men and women into marriage before making off with their money, TVLine has learned.

But just when Maggie thinks she’s found the perfect next target (Being Mary Jane‘s Stephen Bishop), two of her exes (Enlisted‘s Parker Young and British actor Rob Heaps) decide to team up and track her down.

Paul Adelstein (Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce) and Adam Brooks (Mozart in the Jungle) are on board to executive-produce My So Called Wife — which, to be clear, is only the working title — with Brooks also directing the pilot.

Lavi it was announced this week will play a key role on Fox’s Prison Break revival— which MSCW EP Adelstein also will be a part of, reprising his role as Kellerman.

Will you reserve a spot for Bravo’s third scripted series on your so-called DVR? Any better ideas for a title? Whatever you’re thinking, drop it in a comment below.

I liked Girlfriends Guide a lot but Odd Mom Out was terrible. I’m not sure if i’m interested in this.

They need to renew Girlfriends’ Guide To Divorce. It’s the only reason I watch Bravo. This new show doesn’t looks that great.

I liked Parker Young in Suburgatory. I’m game to try this show.

He was even better on the late great Enlisted. He’s been on Arrow this season but they don’t seem to know what to do with his character.

Oh, that’s where I know him from. Every time that I’ve him seen him on Arrow I’ve had the feeling that I knew him from something else. I always felt like I couldn’t trust his character on Arrow and I expected something more from him, as you say, NOTHING.

Yes!!! This! I like him too so will give the show a shot. Stephen Bishop is alright too so we’ll see. I agree that Parker Young seems to be wasted on Arrow. I hope he gets a show that will work out well for him.

The plot makes no sense in the Internet age. Not even Parker Young could get me to watch.
