Friends Reunion at NBC's James Burrows Tribute — See the First Photo

The cast of Friends (minus Matthew Perry) was on hand Sunday for the taping of NBC’s upcoming special Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows, and thanks to Johnny Galecki, we’ve already got your first look!

The Big Bang Theory star, joined by co-stars Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco and Simon Helberg, managed to snag a selfie with Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer, who were in attendance to honor the prolific sitcom director. Perry, who is currently doing a play in London, was MIA, but will appear as part of the two-hour special via a pre-taped segment.

Former Will & Grace costars Sean Hayes, Eric McCormack and Megan Mullally also posed for a group shot sans Debra Messing, who was stranded in New York following Saturday’s nor’easter:

Meanwhile, Frasier‘s Jane Leeves attempted to break the Internet by snapping a photo with former on-screen hubby David Hyde Pierce:

Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows airs Sunday, Feb. 21 at 9/8c.

  1. TV Gord says:

I’m already compiling my list of Burrows episodes to watch as part of a full-day marathon on the 20th, including episodes dating back to the days of Mary Tyler Moore, Rhoda, Phyllis and Lou Grant! I can’t wait!

  2. Nat says:

Great photo (but not technincally a selfie ;) It should be an entertaining show!

  3. Walkie says:

Get the Big Bang people out of the photo and it would be great.

  4. Jake says:

Yawn, what a waste of air time.

  5. Caitlin says:

Absolutely awesome to see the cast of Big Bang and friends together. 2 of my favourite shows. All looking great.

  6. Abe Froman says:

Why does Johnny Galecki always dress like a douche bag?

  7. Kelsey says:

Courteney aged really badly. David Schwimmer hasn’t aged at all!

    • sam says:

Courtney’s had a lot of fillers/surgery on her face. She could have aged really well but I guess she couldn’t handle aging at all and messed with her face. Everyone else looks great! (in the friends cast that is, just pretending big bang cast isn’t there)

      • ndixit says:

It’s quite sad really, given Courtney was the most beautiful of the three girls on Friends when it started. Anniston looks good, and Kudrow has aged gracefully. Le Blanc looks his age but Schwimmer basically looks exactly as he did when the show ended.

    • Abe Froman says:

      Courteney has aged SURGICALLY.

    • Sylvia says:

And look at Matt Leblanc, holy the hair !

  8. Gail says:

What is with all the hate about peoples’ looks. A bunch of celebrities got together to honor director. It is nice to see familiar faces together again. If you don’t happen to like a show whose actors participated in this event that is fine but what is the point of commenting about it here.? Should they not have participated because you don’t like them?

  9. Gail says:

I think the picture of the “Friends” and ‘Big Bang Theory” casts was nice. Like a passing of the baton from one number one sitcom to the next number one sitcom. Think how you would have felt if say in the 1970’s there was a picture of the casts of the “Dick Van Dyke Show” and “Mary Tyler Moore Show”

  10. Luke says:

I know Johnny Galecki doesn’t need glasses in real life, but he always squints in pictures and it makes it look like he needs to wear them.

  11. Angela says:

Awwwwwww, the photo of David Hyde Pierce and Jane Leeves :D! That’s so cute!

  12. S W says:

I forgot to set my dvr. Will they rerun it or make it accessible on line somewhere?
