  1. abz says:

I can’t watch it as I have to work, but hoping that The Leftovers rakes in some wins. Wonderful actors and wonderful show. I hope they get Emmy nods too.

  2. Kim R says:

Interesting that Inside the Actors Studio is considered a reality show and not a talk show.

  3. Jakay says:

Their nominees make them EONS better than the Globes or the Oscars, and that’s before they even give out the awards.

  4. Jooshua says:

Yay Constance Zimmer, Rachel Bloom, Idris Elba, and Christian Slater! And Timothy Olyphant was hilarious on The Grinder.

  5. Bryan says:

Cant believe Survivor lost to that very boring The Voice season

  6. DV says:

Eden Sher was robbed. Eden Sher is always robbed.

  7. Andra says:

This is what the oscars should look like with the diversity. I think ahs should of had more nominations

    • Simon Jester says:

Though the movie nominees for Best and Supporting Actor and Actress were just as lily white as the Oscars! Fortunately, TV does a better job of presenting diversity than the movies.

      • Tom says:

It’s almost as if merit was the deciding factor in the movie categories instead of race; and that is why several award’s bodies, including ones who have the “diversity” you are looking for, keep picking the same people and movies.

I have a dream that actors and actresses will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their work.

Yet it appears you proponents of diversity have a dream where actors and actresses are honored based on whether the arbitrary percentage given to their race has yet to be reached.

  8. JosiahBartlet4President says:

Allison Janney didn’t win? What?! Mayim is funny, but Allison is way funnier, in my opinion. Please don’t hate me.

    • pjschumm says:

Allison has a shelf full of big awards. Eden Sher is the one in that category who got robbed! And by the way, I’m a big fan of both Allison and Maylm.

  9. Amy says:

Excellent that Outlander won the most binge-worthy show!

    • Anita says:

I think that was just a joke. More of a “people’s choice ” style category. Just an opportunity for William Shatner to be self indulgent. But I agree it’s the most binge worthy.

  10. swrwade says:

Matt I just wanted to let you know that under the category of Best Director it says Max Max instead of Mad Max.

  11. John036 says:

The CCAs further prove they are the most accurate when it comes to both nominees and winners.

  12. Shaun says:

Patti Lupone loses to Margo?WTH!Most of the winners I agree with though.

  13. david says:

You mean Lady Gaga didn’t win? The outrage!

  14. Lorna says:

Hayden and Jonathan def deserve an award!

  15. Et al. says:

What a wonderful difference it makes when people actually watch the product being awarded. I hope these awards continue to gain importance and noteriaty.

  16. Peegee says:

    yea! for J
    ean Smart’s win well deserved

  17. lostom66 says:

Funny how the critics picked mostly white actors?

    • Dude says:

That’s what happens when you have a film industry that creates few decent roles for minority actors. There are generally more good performances from white actors than there are from actors who weren’t given a chance to shine. Don’t blame the critics or the other award shows, blame the film industry as a whole.

  18. Dude says:

So happy for Brie Larson, Jacob Tremblay, Kirsten Dunst and all the other Fargo wins. Wish Gina Rodriguez had won over Rachel Bloom though.

  19. Joey Padron says:

Happy Mr.Robot, Fargo, Aziz, Andre, and Constance won!

  20. SherryB says:

Haven’t heard of most of these programs, and never watch the others…

  21. Guy says:

So happy for the Fargo love, especially Kirsten Dunst. Golden Globe voters should be ashamed of themselves for giving the award to Lady Gaga instead.

  22. jmbarry says:

The list seemed to be a small number of critics’ personal favorites and not much variety as far as programs or actors who were nominated. I missed seeing anything for the series or actors for Vikings, The Americans, The Black List, Quantico, and several others.
