Fred Willard Kevin From Work

ABC Family's Kevin From Work Hires Fred Willard for Surprising Guest Spot

ABC Family’s new workplace sitcom is penciling in a visit from a comedy legend.

Fred Willard (Modern Family, Roseanne) will guest-star in an episode of Kevin from Work, the story of a young man whose life becomes infinitely more awkward after he confesses his love to a co-worker, TV has learned exclusively.

Willard will play Roger Trousdale, a veteran actor who befriends Roxie (Eureka‘s Jordan Hinson), the sister of the series’ titular character (Backpackers‘ Noah Reid). Things get weird — as they’re bound to do on this show — when Kevin suspects that Roxie and Roger might be getting a little too close.

The half-hour comedy premieres Aug. 12. Will you be tuning in? Drop a comment with your thoughts below.
