Roger Rees was one of my favorite character actors. Gosh it felt so odd to type “was”. I always got excited when I saw his name in the credits. I can just think of the character of Lord John Marbury and start smiling and laughing. I can’t picture anyone but him pulling off that role. My condolences go out to all his family and friends.

Bartlet: We can hide the women. But the man deserves a drink.
