Teen Beach 2 Premiere Date

Disney Channel will be very timey-wimey on Friday, June 26, when the original movie Teen Beach 2 and a new time-travel sitcom make their bows.

In the Teen Beach Movie follow-up, Mack and Brady (played by The Fosters‘ Maia Mitchell and Austin & Ally‘s Ross Lynch) find their school year interrupted by the arrival of “Wet Side Story” pals Lela and Tanner (Grace Phipps and Garrett Clayton), accompanied by their circa-1960s biker and surfer friends.

Teen Beach 2 will be available to WATCH Disney Channel users on June 19, arrive on DVD June 26, and hit iTunes, Amazon and Google Play on June 27.

Leading out of Teen Beach 2‘s TV debut Best Friends Wheneverwill be the premiere of Best Friends Whenever, a new comedy created by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas (Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja) and starring Lauren Taylor (Richie Rich) and Landry Bender (Crash & Bernstein) as Shelby and Cyd, best friends who gain the power to leap forward and backward in time, sometimes with unpredictable results.

Gus Kamp (Deadtime Stories) and Ricky Garcia co-star as aspiring scientist Barry and his assistant Naldo, while Benjamin Cole and Matthew Lewis Royer play Shelby’s mischievous twin brothers, Bret and Chet.

      The first one was charming. It featured a great equally-balanced and loving teen couple, great music, self-deprecating humour, camp, camp-meta and didn’t take itself to seriously. It was fun.

    We get a sequel for this but not Lemonade Mouth was probably the best DCOM in years.

    I enjoyed the first movie, and I thought the songs were memorable and catchy. I’m excited!

  6. I hope this movie is perfect as the other one, that is very important to me, cause I love new movies. Also people try not to mention that u are kinda extremely excited to see the new movie.
