This time around, William plans to use a 12-year-old girl to rein in Detective Benson for more torture.

The actor not-so-subtly announced his return via Twitter on Tuesday, posting a picture from a New York City airport with the caption “I’m here… #HideBenson.”

  1. Jake says:

Enough with this SVU storyline. If it was a serial killer who had never gotten caught I could see dragging it out. But to have him get caught, go to trial and jail, then break out and come back, it feels like they just have gone back to the well too many times.

    • ChicagoDan says:

ITA – they could’ve at least waited until next season. It’s actually reinforcing that Olivia is a victim (oh, the irony), by having this character continue to torture/taunt/elude her. That’s not a positive turn in the Benson storyline.

    • icy says:

I agree, it’s too much.. I have a feeling since Dean Winter is leaving to be on his new show full time, that Lewis is going to break up Cassidy and Olivia, which won’t be a bad thing.. I have a feeling Cassidy might not survive, Lewis might go after him in order to hurt Olivia that way.

      • Nancy says:

He’s show in only 13 episodes right now. That is all. So I hope they make it so he can come back if his show does not make it. How is killing Cassidiy or even breaking them up going to help her any? Haven’t we seen enough of her weepy whiny behavior already this season?Yeah I don’t see that dong her any good.

    • lea says:

Ita, smh end the show if you can’t think up new stories!

  2. Viv says:

Nope, I had enough from this Lewis stuff. The whole #SaveBenson arc was great, the trial was great and I love the direction this season is headed. I really do. I feel that they are great in staying fresh even after 15 years. BUT we had three acts of the Lewis storyline. I think this story is told. However I trust the writers, because so far season 15 was great (and fingers crossed for a renewal).

  3. Babygate says:

Both Thickes, father and son, are gross. How Robin shows his face in public after the disgrace that is “Blurred Lines” and after practically molesting Miley on stage is beyond me. Worst of all, how does anyone still give him any attention?

    • lea says:

Are you kidding? Miley molested him. Kept grinding on him as he backed off. She should have gotten a beating from Paula. The next LILO. She is a menace.

  4. Summer says:

Hasn’t SVU already sucked the life out of this storyline? Move on and get some new material. I love Mariska and SVU, but I’m thinking it’s time to put this horse out to pasture.

  5. David4 says:

    #Overused #Moveon!

  6. Ethel says:

The story line is overused but the actor is great. Too bad he is a villain or I would like to see him as a new detective on the show

  7. Aimee says:

He will always be Porn stash to me. #OITNB

  8. meaghanna says:

Ugh, “Unusually Thicke”?! Ick, ack, uck, ugh, ew. Srsly gross title for a show.

  9. DeDe says:

Alan Thicke doesn’t deserve another show, he’s nasty guy. After his divorce from Gloria Loring he was a real was pervert with the young beauty queens. That was a direct quote from his son Robin. Robin said when he was in his teens there were always young women walking around the house half naked. I guess that’s where he learned his hand trouble with the ladies.
