  • I love that NCIS has a new episode this week but I have to say that I really wish they would move on from the ” bad father is murder suspect” storylines. They did it with Robert Wagner and after Eli died I think it’s time to move on from these father stories. Wish that Lily Tomlin would come back for McGee. Leave the daddy story now to Tony although it’s always expected every year around Dec or January that Robert Wagner appears.

Comment by Kathy Lambert – March 26, 2013 08:08 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I have to agree with you, Kathy – here we have yet even MORE “Daddy Drama” on NCIS. Ho-hum *YaWn* Been there, done that. And why is EVERYONE’s mother either dead and/or non-existent on NCIS?? It’s always about Dads only – I think that’s a big part of the problem, because it’s sort of not even realistic. No wonder these characters have such major dysfunctional issues – poor things!!

Comment by Wanda – March 26, 2013 10:27 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • It’s not just the Teams’ families, it’s a general thing on the show. None of the victims ever seem to have much in the way of family either. Seriously. Some one should do a tally.

Just for fun, I’d also like for someone to do a You Tube video that just consisted of all of the “We’ve got a dead ——-” fill in the blank, or a “Grab Your Gear” montage! I’ve looked but don’t recall seeing one.

Comment by znachki – March 26, 2013 01:27 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • In all fariness, I think that Tim’s daddy issues were the first alluded to on the show. I remember many years ago, Tim asking – Tony or maybe Kate – if they’d ever seen “The Great Santini”, which told you tons about his relationship with his dad right there. So I say that it’s about time. All we know is that the Admiral is “involved” in the case. I’m betting he’s not a suspect.

  • You didn’t mention Body of Proof?

Although I was one of those who really didn’t like seeing most of last season’s supporting cast let go, I do have to say that Mark Valley has such excellent chemistry with Dana Delany’s Megan that if people give it a chance, we could be looking at the next Castle. Also, it doesn’t hurt that the action and suspense have been ratcheted way WAY up, so that it feels like a totally different show. If you haven’t seen it this season, and you ever had any interest in the show at all, do check it out.

Comment by MaryAnn – March 26, 2013 08:10 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I agree about their chemistry but I’m just so over them trying to pass off a woman who is close to 60 off as a late 40′s, stiletto wearing crime solver. She’s beautiful so why lie about her age since no one is buying it anymore. I do like Mark Valley though and didn’t think I would. I can’t stand Dr. Murphy though and find myself wishing this serial killer from tonight would get rid of her.

    • I am pretty sure they don’t list every show on that night. There’s a little square coffee table magazine that does that :)

  • Is there not a new Body of Proof tonight? I’ll watch DWTS results and that’s it for me. Tuesday night sucks and on Monday the DVR can’t record enough of what I want to watch.
