What to Watch Wednesday: Arrow's Ex Returns, Americans Infidelity Outed, Social Minds & More

americans ep8 300On TV this Wednesday: The Huntress has Arrow in her sights, an Americans affair comes to light, Criminal Minds hunts an un-Friendly Follower and Suburgatory stuffs itself. As a supplement to TVLine’s original features (linked within), here are 10 programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm Arrow (The CW) | The Huntress is back in town and threatening to destroy everyone (like McKenna) and everything (no, not Verdant again!) Oliver cares about. (Electro house musician Steve Aoki presides over the hotspot’s opening.)

8:30 pm The Neighbors (ABC) | Skinnygirl magnate/former Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel guest-stars as a tough businesswoman who offers Debbie a chance to revitalize her purse business. Jackie, of course, gets involved and things, of course, soon spiral out of control.

PREVIEW | Supernatural‘s Misha Collins Talks About Castiel’s Angry Reunion With the Winchesters

9 pm Law & Order: SVU (NBC) | When Brian Cassidy (returning guest star Dean Winters, 30 Rock) is accused of rape, his defense at the resulting trial winds up having big-time consequences for Det. Amaro.

9 pm Criminal Minds (CBS) | The BAU investigates victims who overshared on social media sites, and Kevin’s jealousy flares when he learns Garcia may have a new love interest.

9:30 pm Suburgatory (ABC) | An inadvertent slight on George’s part sends Dallas careening into carbs (the horror!) and Jill Werner to make herself feel better. Meanwhile, Noah makes a shocking discovery about his shrink.

10 pm Chicago Fire (NBC) | Mills confronts Bennie about the fire that killed his father, and Shay makes a change in her plan to have a baby.

10 pm CSI (CBS) | The CSIs tag along to David Phillips’ high school reunion after he discovers the prom queen has been permanently dethroned. Tonight’s guest stars come in flavors both soapy — Emme Rylan (The Young and the Restless) and Bree Williamson (One Life to Live) — and supernatural — Adam Busch (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Michaela McManus (Vampire Diaries) and Lucas Bryant (Haven).

10 pm Psych (USA Network) | Shawn attempts to bond with Juliet’s stepfather Lloyd, a seemingly harmless accountant.

10 pm The Americans (FX) | Grannie informs Elizabeth exactly what happened between Philip and Irina in New York. Ouch.

10 pm Southland (TNT) | The death of a baby shakes Lydia to her core, and a difficult day causes Cooper to (unsuccessfully) seek solace in Hicks. Meanwhile, Ben becomes more involved with Brooke yet doesn’t stop seeing Elena.

  • Stop being a TOOL with spoilers in the headline. I DON”T WANT to know beforehand that an infidelity will be revealed. That is the reason I watch to show. It’s fine in a RECAP.
    Thank you.

    • Well if you watch the show, you know what Phillip did and since Elizabeth asked him outright and he lied to her, you had to know it would come back to bite him. Not to mention the previews showed Elizabeth talking to Claudia with Claudia telling her not to think of the marriage as real because the men don’t.

      • Thank you, Captain Obvious. I do watch the show. Duh! The point is… Some people don’t like to be told what is in an episode they are about to watch. I bet I am not the only one in the world who does NOT watch the previews of next weeks show.
If the headline said “Spoiler alert” and then mentioned them in the ACTUAL ARTICLE, I would be fine with it and just not read the article… Get it?
