Happy Endings Exclusive: Is Las Vegas' James Lesure the New Brad?

Get More: Casting News, Exclusive

Happy Endings Season 3 SpoilersRemember how TVLine told you that when SVU vet Stephanie March guest-stars on Happy Endings as a never-before-seen Kerkovich sister, that her Brooke will “out-Jane” Jane?

Well as it turns out, Brooke even has her own Brad!

TVLine has learned that James Lesure (TBS’ Men at Work, Las Vegas) will appear in the same episode as Brooke’s well-dressed, smooth-as-silk fiance Elliot.

Brad, upon meeting his future brother-in-law, feels not solidarity but a tinge of contempt, seeing as he fancies himself “the Jackie Robinson of the Kerkovich family,” having broken down any color barriers that Jane’s folks had up.

Happy Endings, which is currently on an unplanned hiatus, relocates to Fridays beginning March 29. Lesure’s episode will likely air in late April/early May.

  • Dear TBS, please make plans to save this show. Or hopefully The Neighbors gets cancelled and Happy Ending can take its spot back next season.

    • Seriously. It’s the only show I actually laugh out loud for on TV right now.

    • I second this. TBS would be the PERFECT home for Happy Endings.

    • This is what I’ve been saying. If they can save Cougar Town they can save Happy Endings. And Sony will likely give it to them for cheap.

  • I’m already laughing thinking about the possibilities! Why would this show be on the chopping block?? I just wish they’d at least make it to syndication.

  • Please do NOT save this show. While the second season was excellent, this year has been unredeemably bad. Not a single episode that I truly enjoyed.

  • Don’t know if Happy Endings move to Fridays can be good news or bad news for the groundbreaking sitcom on ABC. :-(

  • This is excellent news! James and Stephanie as characters will be not only as hilarious, but also as sexy as Brad and Jane. ABC needs to smarten up and put this show in a decent time slot. It’s by far the funniest and most underrated comedy on tv.
