Disney XD's Kickin' It: Get the Season 3 Premiere Date Plus Scoop on an Olympic Guest Star

Kickin It Season 3 Premiere DateNo foolin’ — Disney XD’s Kickin’ It is kickin’ off Season 3 on Monday, April 1 (at 8:30/7:30c), TVLine has learned.

Along with the return date for the top-rated Disney XD series comes a bit of casting scoop: Gabby Douglas is set to guest-star as herself in a Season 3 episode, when Kim convinces the two-time Olympic gold medalist to coach her withering gymnastic team in anticipation of a big competition. (Douglas made her scripted-TV debut this past November, with a cameo on The Vampire Diaries.)

Also to mark the martial arts-themes series’ return, DisneyXD.com on April 1 will launch a collection of mini-games called “Kickin’ It: Ninja Warrior Training,” where players can be a part of the Bobby Wasabi dojo and train with Jack to become a Wasabi Warrior and earn a (cyber) black belt.

I would go on a lengthy rant on how stupid Kickin’ It (please spell your favorite show’s name correctly) is, and how stupid you are for even thinking its better than if not Tron:Uprising than literally almost any other animated show out there, but it really isn’t worth it.

        I think I’ve lost all faith in humanity.

  • Kickin it is the best show ever!!!!!! I watch it everyday, on my wii computer or iPod!!!!! I really want it to go up to season 100!!!!!!! :) :) :) I also how it has everything in one show like ACTION, comedy, Romance!! (Jack and Kim) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love kickin it more than anything in this world besides family. i would do anything to meet jack [Leo Howard] and kim [Olivia Holt] because i am also in karate and maybe they could of tought me some moves. I also would like to meet them beause they are so cool.Beside everyone else on kickin it, jack and kim is my favorite actor and actress. so i hope you go up 2 season 70.

  • I’m a middle aged adult who’s into the martial arts (tae kwon do) and I like Kickin It.

    It reminds me of the wild going-ons at my dojang!

  • I thought Kickin It had such potential. A cast of talented young people and a story line that combined humor and martial arts. My frustration was the writing that depicted Jerry as being so simple it was a surprise he could breath without being reminded to do so. I’d hoped that the character’s would evolve as they moved from season to season. However it appears that the writers decided that rather than have the characters mature and develop, they’re actually dumbing down other cast members. Seeing Jack and Jerry share deodorant by rubbing their arm pits together was an all time low. Milton is so clueless he doesn’t see that his father’s boss is threatening him. I understand that their target audience is young boys but let’s remember that they aren’t stupid either.
