  • This year’s crossover is already much better than the CSI Trilogy 3 years ago, headed by Ray Langston. The Trilogy’s premise alone – a rookie CSI went cross country to solve the crime – was contrived. There was just too much Ray. Now, the crossover seems more natural. I don’t mind that Mac and DB were old friends. Actually, they said it’s been a while since they’ve seen each other. We need a reason for a crossover, so people who couldn’t believe they are friends should be fine with that fact or else why are they still watching TV where almost everything is fiction?
