NBC’s Parenthood will (finally) resume Season 4 on Tuesday, Nov. 13, and when it does, Amber and Ryan’s love story will still be as sweet as ever. However, some of the Bravermans are already taking issue with the budding romance. (We’re looking at you, Zeek.)
The next fresh episode, “Together,” finds Mae Whitman and Matt Lauria‘s respective alter egos hitting the town for a night of too-adorable mini-golf (see the proof below). But Zeek, knowing what’s bubbling under the surface for the war vet, is reluctant to condone the relationship. And, consequently, so is Sarah.
Meanwhile, a cancer-battling Kristina is seen spending some fun time with Max, while Julia is taking strides to get to know her son Victor.

This show has been better than ever this season, and the great thing is that people are noticing! There IS room for quality scripted television! What a relief!
wait! i’m confused. I thought when Ryan first visited Amber at the recording studio, that he said that Zeek told him to go visit her. I was under the impression that Zeek was trying to play matchmaker for them. So the whole time he never approved? hmmm
Ryan did say Zeek told him to stop by the recording studio because it’s “nifty” but there is a chance he meant just that for him to go and see the business his two sons own because if cool.
Ryan and Amber are an adorable couple. And let’s face it, it’s about time poor Amber deserves a nice, healthy relationship. I’m rooting for these two and anxious to see more of them.
All I have to say is its about damn time Amber really falls in love & I hope that’s the case because they look so cute together & amber really deserves a great romantic relationship. Honestly her character is the one that changed the most & to me she really grew up and totally deserves this. So excited & I’m going through withdrawals too!!!
sloppy writing, IMHO. The entire reason that Amber wasn’t going to date Bob Little, was because he was her boss and now he’s not and yet… I get that the actor probably wasn’t available, but they should have closed that storyline better. Also, I thought Amber wanted to do something with her life and was discovering her talents (like with campaign management), and now she’s just a secretary, not trying to progress at all.
Zeek and Sarah have nothing to worry about, what he doesn’t know is that Ryan wants to take it slow. The opposite of what they probably think. If Zeek is worried he should talk to Camille cause after all she did the same, and married a war vet.
What ever happened to Zeek and Camille going on that trip, for Camille’s dream, remember? Was that something that happened already, before the beginning of season 4 which we weren’t supposed to see, but only assume? Or will it happen later int he season? We havent seen much of them this season? As in couple-wise….
Back-to-back series premiere: Anne Heche ('Hung') stars in this comedy as a pretty terrible wife and mom who survives a near-death experience to find she now receives messages from God.
