The Simpsons First Look: 'Treehouse of Horror' Poster Boasts a Host of Homers, Marge in Peril

What’s even better than getting full-sized candy bars in your trick-or-treat bag? The Simpsons giving fans an early look at this year’s Treehouse of Horror poster!

Check out the very detailed illustration below, which references some of the annual Halloween episode’s storylines executive producer Al Jean previewed to TVLine last month. We’re particularly interested in the Back to the Future vignette, shown at the bottom of the picture, which involves Artie Ziff (voiced by Jon Lovitz) and what looks like an army of Homer variations.

  • I hope this year’s ToH is better than the last few years. I remember when they were amazing episodes, The Shinning is still the best one they did. The last few years have been duds and nowhere near the great ones from the 90s.

  • The Roman numeral in the text of the article and the title of the article should be XXIII.

    • By “title of the article”, I mean the title that appears near the top of my browser and address bar.

  • The first 6 Halloween episodes were incredible. I wish they’d go back to the tone of those.
