Gilpin — whose TV credits include CSI, Grey’s Anatomy and Make It or Break It — will play Alex, the new boss at Full Steam magazine, where Danny Masterson (That ’70s Show), Adam Busch (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), James Lesure (Las Vegas) and Michael Cassidy’s (The O.C.) characters work. Money lured Alex to the men’s mag from her number two position at a Vogue-like publication — but her unorthodox methods leave the guys scratching their heads.

Additionally, Sarah Wright (Millicent Gergich on Parks and Recreation) will guest in the Season 2 premiere as a “missed connection” for Milo (Masterson) who’s not thrilled to discover he’s the person she’s supposed to meet.

The bachelor’s love life will continue to heat up when Stephanie Lemelin’s Rachel returns for a two-episode arc. Back in the show’s pilot, she left Milo for a threesome with Gibbs (Lesure) and another girlfriend.

Men at Work will return to TBS in 2013.

Sarah Wright is awesome and I enjoy the show but it’s hard to be excited about something that runs 10 Episodes in the summer when it’s almost September and all the shows that run actual full 22/24 episode seasons are coming back.

    • Alan says:

just because there is more doesnt mean its better. look at sherlock, 3 episodes a season and its easily the best thing on tv

  4. Bob Kelley says:

This is quite possibly the best new sitcom on air. Sadly I missed it this year. Don’t let this one get away. Their was a show called yes dear that had great casting as you do, great writing as you do, but did’nt make it due to poor time slots and very little hype. Don’t let history repeat itself here. This is really a good show. Great writing and chemistry…bk

What are u talking about? Yes Dear was on like 5 seasons, and it was DREADFUL! This show, while no hit is much better than YD!

  5. Rain says:

No they do NOT have to get rid of him, I love Adam. He fits in perfectly with them and is not ugly! He adds some stability to their group!

  6. Kasper F. Nielsen says:

You’re everything that’s wrong with this world.
