      • And what is the different? No more season …..

        • Eight season is a great chunk of time and being the most watched show on earth a even bigger success. Everyone who wants to deny the success is absolutely clueless.

          • This true but without the cost reduction and if a little bit higher ratings in season 8. the show had continued probably!

  • The Melissa George spy series coming up on Cinemax, “Hunted”, looks like a good show and this idea shows promise. “Strike Back” was a pleasant surprise with great action and drama and excellent casting. Cinemax may be onto something. “Starz” and “Cinemax” are making good quality dramas and it seems like more good actors/actresses are finding great roles in television. Roles for actresses on CABLE television are much better than in movies or on network tv. People don’t need to be stuck watching boring network procedural dramas anymore and that is a good thing.

  • Of course the bitter Lisa Edelstein / huddy / Cuddy fangirls had to came here and spread their venom on Odette, they also pestered her on twitter for this. Still so bitter, poor girls. Also it’s amazing how these tards are always the firts to jump on every single article related to House.
    Congrats to Odette

    • What the f*ck are you going on about, Sam? WHAT “Huddy fangirls?” That argument died along with “House, M.D.” Let it go.

Comment by Enough! – August 6, 2012 12:26 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • Just check out Odette tl on twitter, the only hateful posts toward her were made by huddy/LE fangirls, the same ones who went here *shrug*

        • I checked it and Sam is right…awful stuff. Maybe Ausielo can tell his best friend Lisa Edelstein how spiteful her fans are, first of all JMo, later Olivia and now is Odette their target. Surely she is proud of them. *facepalm

    • With nothing else to go on but your very politically incorrect and insensitive use of the word “tard” we know just how little credit to give your comment.

      • That doesn’t mean what I wrote wasn’t true

    • Poor Sam! Nothing happiness in your life, because the Bitter Huddy fangirls :D

  • House is only Hugh, Robert, Jesse, Lisa, Jennifer and Omar! the original cast was amazing! Shore should make a movie with these actors.

Comment by doitnow – August 6, 2012 12:03 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • Why? So nobody could watch it, like nobody watched the last year or so of the TV show? Move ON, already! Geez.

Comment by Tsk. – August 6, 2012 12:23 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • More people watched House in its last year than some critics favorites on cable, so lets not quibble, there would be plenty of people who would watch a movie especially with Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard.

Comment by Bill – August 6, 2012 01:16 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
        • Fortunately, neither HL or RSL have the IQ of a TURNIP, so such a televised endeavor is highly unlikely. Thank Christ.

Comment by Tsk. – August 6, 2012 07:50 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
          • Whether a movie is made is not the issue, but to say no one watched House in its last year is false and to base an argument on it is disingenous. Even based on its last year’s ratings there would many people who might like to see Hugh Laurie and Robert Sean Leonard in something related to House. And no neither one of them have the IQ of a turnip, movie or no movie.

Comment by Bill – August 10, 2012 08:27 AM PDT
      • if they’ll make a movie with the original cast it will be a success but certainly not with actresses like they hired in the last seasons. They seem nice but the acting was lame.

  • Just out of sheer curiosity and nothing else, but is it just me or are more non-americans being hired as lead actors in series television? Other than the cheapness of the hiring, are Americans just not good enough anymore for producers/creators of television and movies? It’s a pretty sad commentary if it is. What do *you* think Mr. Ausiello?

Comment by Tania – August 6, 2012 12:08 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I noticed that, too.

Comment by Yup – August 6, 2012 12:20 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • Pretty sure they go by talent and personality….Americans are divas, lol

  • So, let me get this straight: The most annoying producer in television is doing another project with the worst actress on television. I smell a winner! Ka-BOOM!

Comment by Yeah, right. – August 6, 2012 12:22 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I agree just with half of your comment. Odette can be a bad actress who lands roles just for her looks but Yaitanes is one of the best TV directors of the last decade

Comment by Peter k – August 6, 2012 01:34 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
  • Yaitanes was not Odette’s boss. He was a director at [H]OUSE.

Comment by Gigi – August 7, 2012 01:47 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
  • First:

Yay to Odette getting a new gig.

Second, its Skinemax and Alan Ball, so please, please, please, may we possibly have nudity? (Someone had to say it)

Third, will FOX get the complete Breaking In series out on DVD already so I can see how the show ended?
