Exclusive: Onetime One Life to Live Troublemaker Joins NBC's New Chicago Fire Drama

One Life to Live alumna Meghann Fahy is set to sizzle on NBC’s new fall drama Chicago Fire.

The actress — who played stalker/pill-popper/Statesville denizen Hannah O’Connor on the ill-fated ABC soap — has booked a multi-episode arc on the firefighter series, TVLine has learned exclusively.

Fahy will play Nicki Kahler, the very sexy but very engaged assistant to Firehouse 51 Chief Wallace Boden (played by Oz‘s Eamonn Walker). Jesse Spencer (House) and Taylor Kinney (The Vampire Diaries) also star on the freshman drama.

Fahy can currently be seen in USA Network’s summer series Political Animals, playing the blogger who bedded Carla Gugino’s boss man beau. Her other recent TV credits include Necessary Roughness, The Good Wife and Gossip Girl.

Chicago Fire launches Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 10/9c.
