What to Watch: AbFab Goes for the Gold, Fallon Rocks Out, Maksim Has Exes Appeal and More

On TV this Wednesday: England’s lead-up to the Olympics is Absolutely Fabulous, Jimmy Fallon and friends hold a hootenanny, The Exes goes Dancing with a star and a new crop of Top Chef Masters gather to beat the crème fraiche out of each other. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar tonight.

8 pm So You Think You Can Dance (Fox) | Up All Night’s Christina Applegate returns to help judge the Top 16’s routines, and members of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater perform.

8:30 Baby Daddy (ABC Family) | A potential new boss thinks Ben and Riley are married.

9 pm Dallas (TNT) | As the Ewings deal with the aftermath of the murder and so much finger-pointing, a large company approaches Christopher about rights to a new methane technology.

9 pm Royal Pains (USA Network) | On a trip to Manhattan to care for a Russian oligarch, Hank hits it off with a beautiful female interpreter (played by Ina Barron).

10 pm Absolutely Fabulous (BBC America) | Break out the champers, because Edina and Patsy are back! In this special edition of the cult British comedy, an oblivious Eddy finds herself with an incredibly full house – and a Hollywood A-lister scheduled to rent the place – as the London Olympics get underway.

10 pm Jimmy Fallon’s Primetime Music Special (NBC) | The late-night host’s greatest hits with musical guests — like Justin Timberlake (“History of Rap”), Bruce Springsteen (“Whip My Hair”) and Paul McCartney (“Scrambled Eggs”) — are compiled, to the delight of those of us who typically go to bed before he airs.

10 pm Top Chef Masters (Bravo) | Season premiere: The latest round of the cooking competition pits 12 award-winning “cheftestants” against each other to win $100,000 for charity. This year, food/travel journalist Krista Simmons and Gilt Taste editor Francis Lam join James Oseland and Ruth Reichl on the judges’ panel.

10:30 pm The Exes (TV Land) | Dancing With the Stars’ Maksim Chmerkovskiy plays Stuart’s ex’s dashing partner at a dance competition, so Holly volunteers to help Stu look good. Sorry, Holly – no one looks good next to Maks-a-million.

10 pm The Soup (E!) | Chuck himself, Zachary Levi, will don an outrageous outfit when he visits the comedic clip show. (Maybe he’ll sport something from Mankini’s fall line?)

10 pm Baggage Battles (Travel) | If an airline has ever lost one of your bags, you might see it auctioned off to the highest bidder – who doesn’t even get to look inside first! — in the season finale of the Travel Channel’s reality series.
