Here are 10 programs to take notice of tonight.

8 pm Tron: Uprising (Disney XD) | Beck defies Tron’s orders to destroy a secret weapon, and The Occupation takes programs captive.

9 pm The Choice (Fox) | In the season finale, model Tyson Beckford and Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman’s Dean Cain look for a career boost love.

9 pm Saving Hope (NBC) | A psychic hypnotist uses his ability to connect Alex and Charlie. The only downside? He also makes them cluck like chickens and think that they’re naked.

10 pm Rock Center With Brian Williams (NBC) | On the heels of TomKat’s confidential divorce settlement, NBC News correspondent Kate Snow sits down with two former Scientologists to discuss what happens when someone inside the secretive church tries to break free.

10 pm Rookie Blue (ABC) | Oliver’s daughter, Izzy, witnesses someone stabbing a homeless squatter — and then goes missing herself. Good thing dad’s got a police force at his disposal!

10 pm POV (PBS) | The documentary series’ latest installment, “Guilty Pleasures,” takes a look at the romance-novel phenomenon from the perspective of fans and people in the biz (including a Fabio-esque cover model). Yeah, we know – you’re too intellectual to be interested in things like this. And that’s definitely not your copy of Fifty Shades of Grey buried in your handbag.

10 pm The Real L Word (Showtime) | Season 3 of this unscripted drama about lady-loving ladies promises a bi-coastal narrative that pits “L.A. glam versus Brooklyn cool.”

10:30 pm Louie (FX) | Bienvenido a Miami, Louie.
