What to Watch Tuesday: Liars Hit a Killer Party, White Collar and Covert Affairs Return and More

On TV tonight: A Pretty Little party may be the Liars’ last, the Glee Project kids get (Jane) Lynched, ’fraidy cats may not be able to handle the Destination Truth and baseball’s all-stars shine — and all as White Collar and Covert Affairs bring sexy back to Tuesday. As a supplement to TVLine’s original features, linked within, here are nine programs to check out tonight.

7:30 pm MLB All-Star Game (Fox) | The National League battles the American League in baseball’s mid-summer classic, broadcast live from Kansas City’s Kauffman Stadium.

8 pm Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family) | The Liars think “A” will strike at Jenna’s birthday party. Well, obviously – if you’re gonna wreak havoc in people’s lives, might as well do it somewhere there’s likely to be cake.

8 pm Destination Truth (Syfy) | At long last, the Season 5 premiere: Adventure fiend Josh Gates travels to Vietnam to track down that country’s Bigfoot-like creature. (Side note: All of these paranormal shows must be a real buzzkill for the beings they hunt. What’s a chupacabra gotta do to get some peace these days?)

PREVIEW | White Collar’s Matt Bomer Previews Neal’s Not-So-Perfect Island Life and Big Daddy Issues

9 pm Trust Us With Your Life (ABC) | It’s like Whose Line Is It Anyway?, but with famous people! In the premiere of this new “studio-based improvisation series,” Wimbledon ace Serena Williams talks about key moments in her life, and then improv comedians (including Whose Line’s Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie) act them out. Each episode features a different guest; Ozzy spawn Kelly and Jack Osbourne join the guys for the 9:30 ep. Comedy vet Fred Willard hosts.

9 pm Jane By Design (ABC Family) | Kate sets up an online dating profile for Gray. A note to potential suitors: Feel free to fudge your age – despite being such a sophisticated lady, Gray’s got a proven blind spot in that area.

9 pm Rizzoli & Isles (TNT) | When she and Jane aren’t dealing with the case of the week – just another dead rich guy in a trash can wearing a cloak and mask — Maura gets closer to her biological mom and still-in-the-dark half-sister.

PREVIEW | Covert Affairs Season 3 Preview: New Attitude, New Boss, New Love and a Devastating Loss

10 pm NY Med (ABC) | Series premiere: The team behind the unscripted Boston Med series transfers the concept to the Big Apple, as cameras shadow attending surgeons at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center and Lutheran Medical Center.

10 pm The Glee Project (Oxygen) | This week’s theme is fearlessness — though with slushies, swimsuits and Sue Sylvester (aka Glee’s Jane Lynch) involved, it might be a tough concept for the remaining contestants to master.

10 pm Franklin & Bash (TNT) | Summer = interns, and Infeld-Daniels gets one in the form of Shark’s Danielle Panabaker.
