Justin Bieber: All Around the WorldOn TV this Wednesday: Justin Bieber and NBC conspire to get “Boyfriend” stuck in your head, Futurama and Baby Daddy celebrate Father’s Day a little late and Health Inspector makes you never want to eat out again. Here are 10 programs — including Dallas (linked below) — to keep on your radar tonight.

8 pm Dogs in the City (CBS) | When a puppy’s biting becomes destructive, Justin Silver helps its family train the dog to play safe.

8 pm Justin Bieber: All Around the World (NBC) | In the first of a two-part special, cameras follow The Biebs’ international tour to promote his new album, Believe. (The documentary-style event finishes up Thursday at 8 pm.)

8:30 pm Baby Daddy (ABC Family) | Series premiere: When an ex-girlfriend leaves their baby girl on his doorstep, a surprised Ben (played by Kyle XY’s Jean-Luc Bilodeau) decides to raise his daughter. Reba’s Melissa Peterman, The Game’s Tahj Mowry and Jonas’ Chelsea Kane co-star.

10 pm Futurama (Comedy Central) | The hour-long Season 7 premiere features Bender fathering a child with the office soda machine — what will the kid call him? Pop, of course! — and an ancient prophecy predicting the world will end in the year 3012.

10 pm The Soup (E!) | True Blood‘s Joe Manganiello and pop songstress Kylie Minogue mix it up with host Joel McHale.

10 pm Health Inspectors (Food Network) | Series premiere: Restaurant consultant Ben Vaughn steps in to help health code-violating establishments literally clean up their acts. 10 pm The Soul Man (TV Land) | In this new series from the creators of Hot in Cleveland, Boyce “The Voice” Ballentine (played by comedian Cedric the Entertainer, who originated the role on Cleveland) is an R&B superstar-turned-minister who takes over as head of his father’s church. Reno 911’s Niecy Nash co-stars as his wife, Lolli. Can I get a witness?

10:30 pm The Exes (TV Land) | Season 2 premiere: The guys can’t resolve their differences, so Holly sends them to couples’ therapy — where they discover that she’s the problem.

  • Why would Justin Bieber & NBC conspire to get “Girlfriend” stuck in your head, when his current single is called “Boyfriend”?

    • I wish they were conspiring to get “Girlfriend” stuck in myhead instead – easily one of the best songs of the boy band era (*NSYNC > BSB).
