    • Only one studio has announced shows so far…

    • Seriously, only ONE of the major studios has announced and you’re already calling it lame? Let’s see what else is coming. (and it’s not just about TV, you know. It’s called *Comic* Con for a reason.)

  • Sounds like so much fun! It would be a nice change from the snow and mosquitoes of Manitoba. I think I should inherit my mother’s penchant for lottery scratch tickets–that’s probably my only chance of getting to California.

    • They are too. There’s been a contest on their FB saying the prize package includes attending their panel at SDCC.

  • I really hope Community goes to Comic Con this year too.

Comment by Mag – June 7, 2012 11:01 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • I hope so too, if only to start assuaging some fan doubts. I have faith that the show can continue to be funny next season, even if it doesn’t climb back into avant-garde brilliance, and a cast/new EP appearance would be a good first step.

Comment by John – June 7, 2012 11:59 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
  • Don’t watch any of these shows but it seems like a good line-up. Hoping to hear some of my favourite shows will be there when more studios release details!

Comment by Tater – June 7, 2012 12:42 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • And there are a ton of pictures around of Levi, Fillion, Tudyk, Baldwin filming something last weekend. Lot of speculation it was for comic-con.

Comment by Lisa – June 7, 2012 12:48 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
        • I’m sure it’s promo videos for Nerd HQ. Last year they had a video featuring Kaley Cuoco.

Comment by Evyn – June 7, 2012 11:20 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
  • Jim Beaver at the Supernatural panel bodes well for Bobby in the next season YAY!

Comment by Gavin – June 7, 2012 11:20 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • Not really :( Misha was at last years panel an look at what happened… But I do hope we get Bobby back next season!

Comment by Evyn – June 7, 2012 11:50 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • I’m suspecting he will be around to guest star. He could be a full time player in Justified next year. I’m hoping he has time to guest. Misha did appear though! What I mean is it would be unusual for someone to appear if they are no longer affiliated with the show.

Comment by Gavin – June 7, 2012 02:02 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
  • Wish True Blood and some of my other favs would be there. Big bang is about the only one I am interested in other than a couple new ones.

Comment by heu – June 7, 2012 11:22 AM PDT  Reply To This Post

  • Castle???

Comment by missy – June 7, 2012 11:34 AM PDT  Reply To This Post
    • Hope there is no Castle panel this year. Can you imagine the embarrassing questions? It would be painful for all involved.

I do however hope Nathan Fillion is there promoting something. He makes comic-con more fun.

Comment by Lisa – June 7, 2012 12:55 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • The only reason why i want there to be castle panel is because of the promo for season 5! Thats basically it :) And um how bout Stana, Jon and the others they are pretty cool too, not just Nathan!

Comment by Megan.N – June 7, 2012 01:18 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
      • Painful? I think it would be their best panel! There’s going to be A LOT of stuff in this fifth season, not just Caskett, but Castle’s father, Alexis going to college, the whole conspiration to kill Beckett and also Ryan & Esposito’s bromance.

Comment by martina – June 8, 2012 01:08 PM PDT  Reply To This Post
        • Everything you said. I really hope there’s a Castle panel this year. Plus, a little Caskett teasing could be comical.

      • One can always hope, though! Which is why I also hope there will be a “Bones” panel (especially since it was cancelled last year to catch up fast with taping due to ED’s pregnancy). Even if I won’t be in San Diego. I can read any scoop here.
