What to Watch Monday: Hell's Kitchen Reopens, New Teen Wolf, a Killer Castle Encore and More

On TV this Monday: Hell’s Kitchen re-opens its doors, the American Teenager breaks for the summer, Oprah wonders if you are Normal, Sundance introduces some amazing Girls and more. Here are nine programs to keep on your radar.

8 pm Hell’s Kitchen (Fox) | Season 10 premiere, Part 1: Eighteen aspiring restaurateurs brave Chef Gordon Ramsay to win a head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. (Part 2 airs Tuesday at 8.)

8 pm The Secret Life of the American Teenager (ABC Family) | Season finale: Anne shares important news with her family; Ben tours Dylan’s school and must decide if he wants to transfer.

9 pm MasterChef (Fox) | Season premiere: Amateur cooks – including a stock broker, a professional opera singer, a plastic surgeon and the series’ first blind competitor — get judged by Gordon Ramsay, restaurateur Joe Bastianich and chef Graham Elliot.

9 pm Are You Normal, America? (OWN) | This new game show promises to help viewers figure out how normal (or not) they are. Good thing I already know the answer, can plow through another fall TV pilot during this hour instead.

9 pm Pretty Little Liars (ABC Family) | In prep for Tuesday night’s season opener, revisit the finale in which we learned “A’s” identity.

10 pm Teen Wolf (MTV) | Time slot premiere! Isaac’s father is murdered the night before a full moon. Scott, Stiles, and Derek plan a break-out. (If you missed last night’s Season 2 opener, it’s being rebroadcast at 9 pm.)

10 pm Push Girls (Sundance) | This new docu-series follows four dynamic women who are paralyzed from the neck or the waist down.

10 pm Lost Girl (Syfy) | In “Fae Gone Wild,” Bo and Kenzi investigate a strip club where the dancers are all Fae.

10 pm Castle (ABC) | In this repeat of “Kill Shot,” a sniper terrorizing NYC escalates shooting victim Beckett’s PTSD symptoms.

      • I’m gonna go with a double entree of Gordon Ramsey. Then, either watch or at least DVR Castle. To those who haven’t seen Castle, try this one. It’s one of the better episodes of the past year without doubt.

  • Master Chef and Hell’s Kitchen……….stopped watching HK last few years, but nowadays, there’s nothing to watch in the summer, especially if you’re a homegirl and love TV so I’m returning to Gordon. I too will DVR.

  • I’ll try HellsKitchen again – swore that his childish screaming antics were my last – last season; but, I’m bored. That truly awful and slooooooo MasterChef program is worse than watching That Girl repeats on MEtv. They should rename it “three creepy guys who cook”

  • Castle’s “Kill Shot.” An award winning episode (Prisum). A departure from Castle’s usual lighter fare. Stana Katic is excellent as the victim suffering from PTSD.
