  • Not sure what the quality of Syfy’s other works are beyond Lost Girl (which is actually a Canadian acquisition and ROCKS), but Defiance sounds good. Like all of the talent that’s involved thus far, so definitely worth a look

    • I LOVE Lost Girl. I hope Syfy is working on getting the rights to air season 3 and any future seasons. (they only have rights for first 2) how awesome would it be if they got the rights to season 3 and it aired in the US the same time it was airing in Canada. I would love to not be a year behind.

Mia Kirshner is TERRIBLE!!!! Can’t stand her. The show sounds interesting but I don’t know if I can stand to watch her.

      • I have to agree. She was the worst part of “the l word” and I always wanted to fast forward her vampire diaries episodes.

  • Grrrrrrrrrrrr am so psyched for Defiance but I’m scared Mia Kirshner’s character will be another Jenny Schecter all over again.

  • Not to be rude, but who exactly did that actress play on Lost? Not Rebecca Mader, the other one. Is this another one of those ‘insert show that actor was on for two seconds’ thing?

  • “Set in a dystopian future, the drama finds wrestlers and ghost hunters coexisting on a mis-managed network that has long since lost its way from being a place to watch science fiction.”
