  • Why do people keep hiring Donald Sutherland for stuff? He’s not a good actor, even on the rare occasion when he does decide to attempt emotion.

    • He was sublime in Six Degrees of Separation, among others.

    • He’s not in it all that much to be honest, a few bits here and there (from what I remember), but I wouldn’t really say a lead. It was really good, it aired in the UK over New Years.

    • Agreed…I’m curious and yet really nervous about how in the hell they could even try and pull that off. Give them points for guts, at least, I guess?
Here’s my question: why are we continuing the “Trapped in the Closet” story?

  • Glee could have done Tommy in Season 1, but now with the OTT autotunedness, underdeveloped characters and well too many plots going on at once, Tommy would just be lost, even if the story itself is shockingly bad the Tommy music is freaken awesome and well only Season 1 Glee could have pulled it off!

  • What does tvline mean about the actor’s “tapped” to play the roles in Syfy’s Treasure Island. It makes it sound as if this project is going to be filmed. It’s in the can and was shown in the UK on Christmas Day. As a matter of fact, Eddie Izzard was on Graham Norton’s show promoting it last year. Yeah I know I’m being niggling here, but c’mon guys this is just sloppy writing and reporting.
