  • Sounds like a similar show we have in Australia called “packed to the rafters”

  • I like Garrett, Perkins, and Chalke, but in what world should they be playing Chalke’s parents? Is her character adopted? It won’t make it to air. Mark my words.

    • Okay – Sarah Chalke is 36; Brad Garret is 52; and Elizabeth Perkins is 52. So apparently they were 16 when they had her. That age difference – especially coupled with how young they look – make them ridiculous choices to play Sarah’s parents.

  • What is with the idiotic casting of this show? Garrett and Perkins are both 51 and Chalke is 35. I like them all, but were there really no actors available that could plausibly pass as old enough to be Chalke’s parents?

    • garrett and perkins could easily pass for a couple years older and Chalke can pass for a couple years younger. Or they just had her at a really young age.

  • This show really missed the amazing opportunity of casting Kurtwood Smith as the father…

    • Wow, I never thought of him. He would have been perfect! Or what about Ken Jenkins? That would have been awesome as well!

  • Guaranteed that title doesn’t last if they get picked up. CBS wanted to shorten “How I Met Your Mother”. Don’t even get me started on “Apt. 23″!!!

  • Hello, Neat post. There is a problem with your website in web explorer, may check this? IE still is the market leader and a huge portion of other people will pass over your great writing because of this problem.
