  • Whitney Houston’s acting debut was actually on an episode of Silver Spoons. The Bodyguard was her motion picture debut.

    • In this context, “acting debut” = playing a character (versus herself, as she did with the Ricker).

      • What about Gimme A Break? She played Rita, and it was almost a decade before The Bodyguard!

    • When did Monday turn into the busiest night on TV? Thank goodness I’ve lost all interest in The Bachelor. And I really like the Saturday encores. I wish other networks would do this more often.

      • Oh yeah for encores (late night or Saturday)! And I have TWO TiVo’s!

  • HIMYM, The Lying Game, and maybe Smash. DVRing Castle even though I haven’t watched the episodes I have on my machine yet! Robin doesn’t respond to “taking relationships to the next level” very well, so I doubt that’s going to end well. Also, I appreciate the modified format for displaying the related links in the article. :) Thanks!

  • I’m doing a RuPaul’s Drag Race sit-in. Not by staying in the same place and making my voice heard in a dignified manner, but by (rather annoyingly) bringing it up every Monday as frequently as Denny Crane referenced… Denny Crane. This is, of course, until at least an honorable mention in the “campy tv shows TVLine no longer finds worth watching on Monday but will still mention for the love of one strange reader and the saner individuals who enjoy the show”. Who’s comin’ with me?!
    *tumbleweed*
*cleared hallways a la Parker Lewis Can’t Lose*
[Here lies the realization that a Parker Lewis Can't Lose reference rarely helps.]

  • Nice, I see you guys adjusted the way you list out the shows at each hour to make it more clear and avoid people freaking out with “WHAT ABOUT MY SHOW!?” ;-) The only thing I watch on Mondays is Castle, but I’ll probably record Smash on the other tuner just to see if the second episode of that one is any good.

    • Nothing has been changed; the CASTLE preview simply went up after the TVLU posted.
