On TV this Tuesday: Roseanne is revised for a tenth season, Jenna Fischer and Oliver Hudson are Splitting Up Together and Bull takes on Dana Delany. Here are 10 programs to keep on your radar; all times are Eastern:

    Docuseries finale (150 minutes): Shandling struggles with complacency, even after the success of The Larry Sanders Show.
