The concert event of the holiday season is almost here.
CBS has released several first looks from One Last Time: An Evening With Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga (premiering Sunday, Nov. 28 at 8/7c), a new concert special that marks Bennett’s last concert appearance before announcing his retirement from touring.
Filmed over the course of two sold-out shows at Radio City Music Hall, in celebration of Bennett’s birthday on Aug. 3, One Last Time “brings together the two incredible entertainers, honoring their shared love of the Great American Songbook,” per the official release.
All told, the special consists of 11 show tunes, including several songs from Bennett and Gaga’s two albums together: 2014’s Cheek to Cheek (which took home a Grammy for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album in 2015) and 2021’s Love for Sale (which recently netted six Grammy noms).
Bennett, now 95, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease in 2017. His family first went public with his diagnosis in February, and a revealing 60 Minutes segment followed in October (which you can view here).
