DANCING WITH THE STARS

Sorry, Seinfeld: This might be pop culture's worst puffy shirt. Though there were plenty of other moments we'd like to forget from Sean Spicer's DWTS run, this ruffled, fluorescent green atrocity from the Season 28 premiere — and the shimmies performed while wearing it! — takes the cake. (Season 28, Episode 1)

EUPHORIA

The moment Cal, aka DominantDaddy, made Jules gag on his thumb, we knew this interlude was going to be hella icky. (Season 1, Episode 1)

EVIL

We kinda wish we were stoned out of our gourds after watching Kristen witness the corn field birth of... that.(Season 1, Episode 8)

THE RIGHTEOUS GEMSTONES

The grainy blackmail video of Jesse Gemstone's drug and sex-fueled orgy got a lot of play in the HBO comedy's first season. One might say too much play. (Season 1, multiple episodes)

HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER

The ABC drama has been chock full of shocking twists since it premiered. But none of them have made our stomachs turn quite like this Season 5 reveal, in which Laurel received a gift bag full of her mom's hair... with some of the scalp still attached. (Even typing it makes us want to gag a little.) (Season 5, Episode 14)

NCIS: LOS ANGELES

You know, you could have just told us that Kensi and Deeks found the POI cleaved in half and handless, on his hotel bed. (Season 11, Episode 10)

#ONECHICAGO 'INFECTION' CROSSOVER

The franchise's viral outbreak was full of so many flesh-eating bacteria victims that we can't even narrow down the ick to just one scene.

PRODIGAL SON

Snakes are bad. A snake slithering out of a dead man's mouth is nightmare-inducing. (Season 1, Episode 2)

THE GOOD DOCTOR

Consider yourselves lucky that we didn't include a GIF of this patient's maggot-infested foot wound. A screengrab is bad enough. (Season 3, Episode 1)

THE BLACKLIST

Blacklist fans have grown accustomed to some nauseating crime scenes over the years. And yet, we still weren't prepared for the dozens of bugs that came crawling (or flying!) out of victims' mouths in this Season 6 episode. When even FBI agents have to look away, you know it's truly disgusting. (Season 6, Episode 11)

THE PASSAGE

We're not sure what was more wrenching: Grey's bleeding wrists as he harmed himself in order to escape his restraints, or the pain on his face as he was powerless to fight Fanning's influence over him. (JK: It was totally the blood.) (Season 1, Episode 8)

THE RESIDENT

The story of how this patient ended up at Chastain Park — car sex gone awry! — was actually sorta funny. But we definitely weren't laughing when we caught sight of that metal bar through his bicep, and watching the object get pulled out was even worse. (Season 2, Episode 14)

WATCHMEN

We hid every one of our kids' dolls after watching Veidt casually play "catch and release" with his latest haul of squirming clone fetuses. (Season 1, Episode 4)

YOUNGER

If it weren't humiliating enough that Maggie was dangling upside down from a harness — after a failed attempt to paint her apartment's ceiling — she had to endure a male neighbor masturbating as he watched Maggie untangle herself. The icky ordeal was over in less than a minute... but that almost makes it worse. (Season 6, Episode 6)

YOU'RE THE WORST

Oof, this cringe-worthy throupling runs away with the title for 2019's least sexy sex scene: Becca and Vernon invite sperm donor Paul into their bedroom to make a baby the old-fashioned way, with Vernon positioning his wife in bed, Handmaid's Tale-style. Let's just hope their unborn child never grows up to see this. (Season 5, Episode 8)

CASTLE ROCK

Think the worst damage an ice-cream scoop could do is add a few inches to your hips? After being on the end of Annie's lethal blow, Ace begs to differ. (Season 2, Episode 1)

FLORIBAMA SHORE

While we're proud of the housemates for learning how to count past 10, did we really need to see every incident they marked on their "Puke and Tally" board? We would have taken their word for it.
