Our thinking:

McCartney is a former child actor whose Summerland character was a surfer. He's had pop hits in the past. His mom's name is Ginger. He was a member of a band called Sugar Beats. Take the first letter of each word written on the chalkboard in Episode 2 and you get the name of another of McCartney's bands: Dream Street. The map of Seoul, Korea, is likely a nod to McCartney's solo hit "Beautiful Soul." And Turtle's reference to the morning he spent with Nicole Scherzinger probably refers to a 2008 appearance on NBC's Today."Don't ever rave at my school — Turtle" and it spells DREAM STREET, aka the name of his late 1990s boy band. The photo album may reference the title sequence of All My Children, one of McCartney's early acting gigs.
