TVLine Items: Matt Passmore Is CW Pilot Recast, ATX Fest Update and More

Matt Passmore CW Pilot

The CW is giving one of its pilots a makeover, and Matt Passmore is the “after” photo.

Freshly freed up by the cancellation of USA Network’s Satisfaction, Passmore has been cast in The CW’s paranormal drama from Kevin Williamson (The Vampire Diaries), Deadline reports.

The potential series stars Megan West (How to Get Away With Murder) as a young woman who seeks help from parapsychologist Clark Patterson (Passmore) when she begins to experience paranormal phenomena.

The actor replaces Longmire‘s Bailey Chase, who was recast after the pilot’s table read.
