Gunsmoke (!) Makes Debut On Nielsen's Acquired Top 10, Reacher Again Leads Streaming Originals

Prime Video's Reacher repeated atop Nielsen's U.S. ranking of streaming originals for the week of March 3, amassing 1.41 billion minutes viewed across 21 available episodes.

Netflix's Running Point (1.36 billion minutes viewed/10 episodes) placed a close second, followed by Netflix's Love Is Blind (1 billion minutes/110 episodes), Netflix's Beauty in Black (982 million minutes/16 episodes) and Paramount+'s 1923 (796 million minutes/11 available episodes).

Rounding out the Top 10 streaming originals for the week of March 3 were Hulu's Paradise (with the release of its Season 1 finale), Apple TV+'s Severance, Netflix's Zero Day, Peacock's The Traitors and Prime Video's Invincible.

Meanwhile on Nielsen's ranking of acquired series, CBS' Gunsmoke, which bowed in September 1955, made its first-ever appearance in the Top 10 with 646 million minutes viewed across 404 (!) episodes on Paramount+ and Peacock. Nielsen notes that nearly half of the classic Western's audience was age 65 and above.
