Save The Dates: Scrofano's Syfy Return, Vanderpump Villa Reunion And More

Wynonna Earp star Melanie Scrofano will soon be back on Syfy in the series Revival, premiering Thursday, June 12 at 10/9c, the cabler has announced. Additionally, Syfy released the above trailer.

The show is an adaptation of the comics series by Tim Seeley and Mike Norton, and chronicles how, one day, those who recently died in a rural Wisconsin town suddenly come back to life. "But this is no zombie story," reads the official logline, "as the 'revived' appear and act just like they once were. When local officer and single mother Dana Cypress (Scrofano) is unexpectedly thrown into the center of a brutal murder mystery of her own, she's left to make sense of the chaos amidst a town gripped by fear and confusion where everyone, alive or undead, is a suspect."

David James Elliott (JAG) co-stars as Dana's father, Sheriff Wayne Cypress. Romy Weltman (Canada's BackstageGinny & Georgia) and Andy McQueen (Mrs. DavisOuter Banks) round out the cast.
