Mysteries Of Laura: Stockard Channing Drops A Bombshell In Sneak Peek

Stockard Channing: great actress — but questionable lawyer.

As TVLine previously reported, The Good Wife scene-stealer is a guest on Wednesday's Mysteries of Laura (NBC, 8/7c), and we have an exclusive clip of her first encounter with the NBC series' titular cop.

The clip also features Jerry O'Connell as Channing's character's client — the son of a murdered perfume magnate — who only become a suspect after his lawyer shows up. (Oops?)

Both actors will also appear in next Wednesday's episode, "The Mystery of the Unwelcome Houseguest."
